How a session runs

Beim Barcamp gestaltest du das Programm aktiv mit. Die Community bringt Fragen, Methoden oder Erfahrungen ein – und arbeitet gemeinsam daran. Keine langen Keynotes, keine Panels. Stattdessen: kurze Impulse und viel Austausch.

Zeitplan:

  • Slot 1: 16:00 bis 16:45 Uhr (2 Sessions parallel)
  • Slot 2: 17:00 bis 17:45 Uhr (2 Sessions parallel)

Session-Infos:

  • Dauer: 45 Minuten (Richtwert)
  • Rolle: Du bist Session-Host und moderierst (gerne auch mit einem Co-Host).

Ablauf (als Orientierung):

  • Ankommen & Ziel (ca. 5 Min.) – Kontext, Ziel oder Frage klären
  • Impuls (ca. 10 Min.) – kurz, praxisnah, max. 3 Kernaussagen
  • Interaktion (ca. 25 Min.) – z.B. Diskussion, Gruppenarbeit, Canvas, Live-Demo
  • Ergebnisse & Next Steps (ca. 5 Min.) – Learnings festhalten, evtl. Follow-up vereinbaren

Material: Flipchart/Whiteboard stehen bereit. Große Präsentationen sind nicht nötig!

The “beyond Inspiration” session is the practical counterpoint to short-lived event euphoria. It picks up where many festivals end: at the transfer into everyday life.

Picnic into the future: a workshop for everyone who wants to experience the future.

We make ourselves comfortable on picnic blankets and jump into the year 2050. In this future, much has turned out well. Together we explore how we got there, what gives us hope, and which steps toward it are possible today.
