Mini-Hackathon: how impact becomes fun again

No talks, only results. In this 45-minute hackathon, we build live prototypes together that turn impact into enthusiasm. Perfect for doers, founders, marketers, and everyone who wants to finally reach the mainstream.

What is the session about?

Most sustainable brands sit on a treasure of values and stories but fail to translate them into measurable enthusiasm. Their communication is often factual, preachy, and falls flat outside their own bubble.
This mini-hackathon is the antidote. Instead of talking about the problem, we build the solution live. Participants experience the Cirelis method in a fast, iterative process and develop a prototype for an engagement strategy that really ignites.

Flow + interaction:

This is a 100% interactive “hands-on” session. No keynote. Pure doing.

👉🏼 The briefing (approx. 5 min.): a short, sharp impulse on the core problem: why traditional green marketing reaches its limits and how to break through with nudging and fun.

👉🏼 The hacking phase (approx. 25 min.): participants work in small teams. Each team gets a real-world scenario (e.g. “a sustainable brand with low customer loyalty”) and our strategic framework: the “Impact Stair Canvas.” Along the three steps – loyalty, gamification, and community – a prototype for a digital engagement campaign is developed. Creative “twist cards” (e.g. “the target group is immune to classical advertising”) recreate real market hurdles.

👉🏼 The pitch session (approx. 10 min.): each team has only a few minutes to pitch its prototype. No long talk, just the core idea and the expected effect. The audience gives direct feedback.

Expected outcomes:
Participants leave the session with concrete, valuable results:

✅ A visualized prototype: the completed canvas as a blueprint for a real engagement campaign.

✅ A strategic toolkit: the “Impact Stair” as an applicable method to solve future marketing challenges.

✅ The proof: the personal experience of how quickly one can move from a problem to a creative, user-centered solution when armed with the right tools.

✅ Impact = FUN: the most important thing, of course, is to show how sustainability and green marketing can be fun again and how the mainstream can be inspired by it!
