The “beyond Inspiration” session is the practical counterpoint to short-lived event euphoria. It picks up where many festivals end: at the transfer into everyday life.

Goal of the session
The aim is to systematically use the energy, insights, and encounters of the beyond economy Festival (or comparable major events) and ideally translate them into economically viable follow-up projects.
With the Transform Academy learning app, we test live how Festival impulses & inspiration can be translated into implementation.
Central questions:
How can short, interactive e-impulses, as a digital follow-up format, ensure that Festival inspiration doesn’t fizzle out but moves into concrete action?
Sub-questions:
• How do encounters become real cooperations – within and across company boundaries?
• How do we use community knowledge beyond the Festival moment?
• Which tools & formats reliably carry impulses into everyday life and organizations?
• What do you, as a Festival visitor, need so that after the Festival (“beyond”) you can use the Festival’s inspiration and move into action?
Our project:
Together with participants, we test and develop live a digital follow-up format for events.
The Transform Academy app serves as an extended Festival experience and continues energy, networking, and co-creation digitally. With impulses derived from the Festival, reflections, action steps, and the possibility of community exchange, it forms a unique bridge between event experience and practical application.
We try it out live – at the Table Talk “2030 is already tomorrow: why transformation fails – and how we can finally make it happen” with Rainer Karcher and Anthea Wagner (Heartprint) – and together distill the must-haves for the pilot.

FLOW:
Introduction & presentation
Work in three subgroups with different focuses:
• Micro: individual implementation of Festival impulses (Julia Reckfort, Transform Academy)
• Meso: application in team or company (Rainer Karcher & Anthea Wagner, Heartprint GmbH)
• Macro: impact across organizational boundaries (Jasmin Ragab, beyond economy)
Reflection & closing
Benefits for participants
• Active co-shaping: test live how Festival impulses move into action and bring perspectives into the development of the follow-up format
• Personal goodie: how-to guides to apply transfer principles individually in everyday life and organization
• Visibility & involvement: a stage to bring in your own competencies, services, and experiences
• Extended hybrid Festival experience: energy and community work beyond the event
The session helps you use Festival impulses personally, anchor them in the team, and make them effective for systemic change beyond company boundaries.
We look forward to an inspiring exchange with you – come by, carry the beyond feeling further, and turn it into effective action.
