Your session – quickly prepared

You do not need a finished presentation. What matters is the value your session delivers. Use interaction instead of long talks.

Tips for preparing:

  • Goal in one sentence: What are we working on? What is the benefit?
  • 3 key points or questions: What must be discussed or experienced?
  • Plan interaction: small exercise, guiding questions, mini canvas, breakouts.
  • Capture results: photo of the board, shared pad, next steps.

About the selection:

After you submit, we review your session and publish it on the overview page within 48 hours. Then the community votes. The four sessions with the most interest make it into the Festival program.

You can submit sessions until Sunday, October 18, 2026. Voting runs until Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at midnight. The earlier you submit, the more time you have to collect votes.

How a session runs (as orientation)

  • Arrival & goal (approx. 5 min.) – clarify context, goal or question
  • Impulse (approx. 10 min.) – short, practical, max. 3 key messages
  • Interaction (approx. 25 min.) – e.g. discussion, group work, canvas, live demo
  • Results & next steps (approx. 5 min.) – capture learnings, agree on follow-up if needed

Material: flipchart and whiteboard are provided. You do not need a big presentation.
